hello hello, it's been quite a while since i've posted...using uni's library computers now so i can surf as many sites as i want (if i were to use my own laptop i only have 150MBs worth of downloads and like if i go to yahoo, it downloads the page so my 150MBs one month doesn't last that long)

anyways, classes are starting next week monday and my place is okay...when i get my internet i shall go upload all my pics for you all (my apartment basically looks like a resort and it's near uni and so the rent is high but i think worth it if you think about the other factors)

me and my housemates cook, clean, buy stuff and go crazy carrying them home cause we live on the 2nd floor and we have to climb some stairs before we reach our apartment for the past one week and seriously, i've been here almost one week! (well if you include this week it's already 2). Things were going really fast at first and we had a lot to do and sort out but after a while we sorta got the hang of it and things really slowed down. We spent a lot of money in the first week buying stuff like pots and pans, printers, clothes, cups, tupperwares, knives, bowls, detergent and a super whole lot of household items. But after we got all that sorted out, i just worried about my food each day and how much i were to spend on it only. Taking the bus is fairly cheap and easy and we don't go down often, only when we need to do our grocery shopping. I love places like K-mart, Big W, Coles, Woolsworth and Crazy Clarks cause things there are super cheap and affordable like you know how Tesco and Giant is in M'sia.

The people here are well nice in general save a few who are bossy and you don't really know if its because they don't like asians or they're just mean in general. As an asian here you really stand out. My course's welcome session that day had only 3 asians including myself (one was a s'porean and the other from china).

Taking korean as my elective cause well i have 2 and i might as well take something i have interest in right...I'm kinda confused with what subjects i should take but i hope it works out as i planned. Put everything into God's hands and pray.

Studies here are really light where i only have a few classes to attend (one lecture and one tutorial) for 4 courses and i'm done for the week. I think I'll have plenty of time to work. XD

got to go for another seminar...take care ppl! Bye!
